Biomass Supply Chain Management
NJREPL is one of the largest organized players in the Biomass Supply Chain Management (SCM) & successfully catering to Biomass requirements of Industrial Process Boilers (IPB), IPPs (Independent Power Plants), Captive & Co-Generation Power Plants, covering aggregation, processing, storage & transportation; directly dealing with local farmers and encouraging local farmers to be part of our business as stakeholders.
Biomass Briquette and Pellet Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
The briquetting & Pelleting process is the conversion of Agricultural waste and Agro-Industrial waste into uniformly shaped briquettes/Pellets that are easy to use, transport, and store for a longer period of time. The idea of briquetting/pelleting is to use materials that are unusable, due to a lack of density, and compressing them into a solid fuel i.e. Bio-Fuel of a convenient shape that can be burnt like wood or charcoal. The briquettes have better physical and combustion characteristics than the initial waste and hence Briquettes improve the combustion efficiency when used in existing traditional furnaces. In India, large quantity of biomass is available in rural areas and there is huge potential, as fuel is required for daily cooking, for domestic use and for hotels and restaurants and also for industrial purpose.
Industrial Green Fuel Fired Boiler Operation and Maintenance -Steam at cost offering
The operation and maintenance of Industrial Boilers are performed by experienced and well trained manpower of NJREPL. The boilers are operated with highly skilled & experience manpower, in synchronization of plant production. Industrial Boilers are maintained as per OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) preventive maintenance Manuals. The offtake is generally in the form of Green steam, and billed at the rate per Kg of Green steam utilized in the process.
NJREPL complies with all the IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) Norms, HR Norms, Minimum Wages, PPE Kits, Workman Insurance, Third-party Insurance, Stock Insurance etc to mitigate any possible risk to the Client.
BOOT/BOO – Build, Own, Operate & Transfer – Energy Rental Model. Industrial Utility Management Services
NJREPL is actively under discussion with MNCs / Most of the manufacturing Industries to avail Energy Rental Model i.e.(BOOT) Build, Own, Operate & Transfer) where NJREPL will invest in the process boiler & auxiliaries, to supply Green Steam, to Clients.
NJREPL will undertake Investment in Assets, Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of Green Fuel Fired Boilers with complete Biomass Fuel Supply Chain Management. The clients, will thus be relieved from the burden of owning and running these utilities producing steam and hence, are able to focus more on their Core Manufacturing Processes.
In this model, NJREPL is also allowing Clients to buyback the Assets (at depreciated value) or extend the contract after 10 years of Operations. The 10 years contract also allows both parties to exit and cease the contract post the initial lock in period is honoured. These contracts can also be customised as per Clients requirements.
Technical Consultation for Conversion of Boiler from Fossil fuel to Green Fuel & Bio-Energy Projects
NJREPL is rendering services for promoting/ setting up agriculture based renewable energy projects like Biomass Briquette Plant / Biomass Pellet Plant, Bio-Gas, Bio-CNG, Bio-Fuel, Bio-Char, Bio-Disposal Plates, Bio-Ethanol, Bio-Hydrogen, Energy Plantation based Bio-Projects etc. NJREPL will render services from energy plantation to production of final bio-energy products on turnkey basis. NJREPL can design, engineer, prepare DPR & all technical reports, required for the Bio-Energy Projects, and also liaison with different government departments, for approval of project, loan & subsidy.
