NJRPL is closely working with farmers as stake holder to prove them opportunity in form of employment for the procurement of Agri-Waste. This scheme will also help the rural women in terms of employment and that will empower them. We will be encouraging the youth in the rural area for entrepreneur skills and helping them simultaneously we are giving guarantee for by back of entire Agri-Residue collected by them for end our use.

Working to provide additional source of Income for farmers

It will an additional source of income for farmers and their livelihoods. We are engaging with Agri – Equipment like tractor & trolley in our collection model to provide opportunity for a farmer for additional finance. In India farmers tractors are free and there is no use post-harvest which can be utilize as primary mover by us.

Rural Employment Generation

NJREPL for the procurement of Agri-Waste, is closely working with farmers, as stakeholders, by creating an opportunity, in the form of generating employment for unskilled and semi-skilled rural villagers.
This scheme will also help the educating and training rural women so they are employed and support's women empowerment projects.
Promising youth with developed skilled sets are encouraged to become entrepreneurs to support the supply chain management, based on their skill and capacity.
